Products and services

The platform, the six reports it produces, and the advisory work around them, from pre-RFP market research to compliance reporting across the life of a contract.

The platform

IndigiMatch identifies, researches, scores, and teams Indigenous vendors for every work package in a defence or infrastructure supply chain, with full auditability. It runs as a controlled system for a single contract at a time, delivered as a managed engagement, and carries its research forward: closed contracts transfer vendor intelligence into a persistent knowledge base, so every future engagement benefits from prior work. The vendor universe is configurable, Indigenous and non-Indigenous, and restrictable by region.

Access is by engagement. There is no public self-serve search, because verification is the product.

  • IdentifyCross-references the federal Indigenous Business Directory, the national certification registry, and a persistent vendor knowledge base built across prior contracts.
  • ResearchProgressive-depth research per capability, from identification to a full-evidence lock, with the depth reached recorded on the face of the work.
  • ScoreA 0 to 100 rubric spanning technical fit, Indigenous alignment, capacity and risk, and strategic value, with a preference for federal registry status. Recommendations are tiered: keep, explore, mismatch, anchor, remove, and every removal is kept on the record with its reason.
  • TeamWhere no single Indigenous vendor holds a capability, every viable pairing is enumerated and scored on one formula, and no pairing is written until it passes the compliance gates.
  • AuditEvery decision logged with timestamp, depth, and rationale. Automated logic checks after every pass. A reviewer can reproduce any score from the record.

Six reports, six decision points

All six are produced from the same engine and record. Every report separates verified, pending, and conditional information, declares whether the engagement is live or illustrative, and dates every retrieval, so it can be filed, not just read.

  • Teaming and joint venture structuringPairing Indigenous businesses with technical anchors where a capability, certification, or clearance gap needs closing, and documenting the construct for the plan.

  • Vendor readiness and profilingFor Indigenous businesses: confirming ownership records, recording capabilities, certifications, security posture, and commercial readiness, and building a profile buyers can act on.

What we say plainly

IndigiMatch supports market research and vendor engagement. It does not evaluate bids, and its scores are not a basis for award decisions. Whether a transaction qualifies for participation or ITB credit is determined by the Crown, not by the platform. Its verification standard for PSIB eligibility is the federal Indigenous Business Directory; certification is corroborating evidence.

Security and hosting are described as they are today, not as a roadmap. Ask and we will show you the working record rather than a summary.
